Wings of opportunity is a focused mentorship initiative with a mission to bridge the gap between Uganda's emerging professionals and industry professionals. We aim to address the critical knowledge and opportunity gap that prevents passionate individuals from building successful careers in aviation.

Many young aviators face significant obstacles to advance their aviation careers. Some of these stem from insufficient industry knowledge and practical career guidance, limited opportunities to build relationships with industry professionals, inexperience and limited available opportunities. These challenges have led to career stagnation, isolation, and underutilization of these talented individuals.

Through our structured Mentorship program, we will deliver industry knowledge, strategic guidance, professional connections and community support where challenges can be shared and addressed collectively. We will conduct regular virtual sessions led by experienced industry professionals who will delve into various topics addressing these challenges.
